Once you’ve populated your templates with your form data, you’ll probably want to collect signatures to seal the deal. Signatures collected using Formstack are stored as image file uploads. With Formstack Documents Data Routing feature, you can automatically send incoming data to multiple templates. Once you’ve collected registration and payment for your event, you can generate a ticket and an invoice for your clients without lifting a finger.
You can even define specific conditions (based on logic) that determine which documents to run. Just create a data route in your WebMerge account and then define your rules and settings. This will determine how and where the data submitted in the forms will populate your WebMerge files.
